Each participant is different, so we start with a care plan built around what they can do, what they need help with, and what they enjoy. Then we do it consistently, every single day.
A licensed nurse watches the small changes that families at home can easily miss — and calls you before they become emergencies.
Help with the private parts of the day, given quietly and respectfully by people your loved one knows by name.
Breakfast, a hot lunch and an afternoon snack — prepared for diabetic, low-sodium and soft-food diets.
Music, cards, gentle exercise, gardening, holidays and birthdays. The part that keeps people talking all evening.
We pick up in the morning and bring them home in the afternoon, with wheelchair-accessible vehicles and trained drivers.
Our driver helps with the steps, the walker and the seatbelt. You do not need to arrange anything.
The nurse takes vitals, reviews medication and notes anything that changed overnight.
Chair exercise, memory games, music or a craft — chosen by what the group enjoys, never forced.
Everyone eats at the table, which for many participants is the most social hour of their week.
Quiet time in a recliner, showers where they are part of the care plan, and help whenever it is needed.
Coffee, cards and conversation. Families are welcome to drop in and see the room for themselves.
We drive them back and send a short summary of how the day went, so nothing is a surprise.
We keep our groups small on purpose. It is the only way staff can learn a person's habits, their history and the things that make them laugh.
Low staff turnover means your mother is not re-explaining herself to a stranger each morning.
